Commercial Heating in San Antonio

NATE-Certified Service for Dependable Commercial Heat

Heating equipment may sit unused between San Antonio cold fronts, then need to warm the building as soon as employees, customers, tenants, or students arrive. Poor airflow, uneven temperatures, repeated cycling, or a complete loss of heat can quickly disrupt normal operations.

At Climate Control, we provide commercial HVAC installation and repair for light-commercial customers. We assess the equipment, the affected areas, and the building’s operating needs to determine whether repair, maintenance, or replacement planning is the appropriate next step.

For commercial heating service in San Antonio, call (210) 934-0634. Tell us what the system is doing and which areas of the property are affected.

Commercial Heating Repair & Maintenance in San Antonio

We service and repair light-commercial heating systems regardless of model or manufacturer. Depending on the building, equipment may include packaged rooftop or split systems, commercial furnaces, heat pumps, and heating sections integrated into larger HVAC systems.

Commercial Heating Repair

When a system fails, we assess its operation, inspect relevant safety controls, diagnose the problem, and confirm performance after the repair. The goal is to identify the cause rather than address only the most visible symptom.

A specific failure may require a focused repair, while recurring problems can justify a broader evaluation. Equipment condition, repair history, performance, and the property’s operating needs all inform that decision.

Heating Installation & Replacement

We provide commercial HVAC installation for light-commercial properties. Replacement planning accounts for the existing equipment, building layout, controls, airflow requirements, and how each space is used.

Our team can evaluate the current system and explain the available equipment options. Property decision-makers then have a clear scope for comparing recommendations and planning the installation.

Preventive Maintenance

We offer preventive service agreements for commercial equipment. Maintenance may include condition and airflow checks, filter and component inspections, safety-control testing, and the identification of developing performance concerns before seasonal demand.

Service needs vary by system and operating environment. Ask our team what an agreement would cover for your equipment and property.

Our FAQ

Have questions? We are here to help. Still have questions or can't find the answer you need? Give us a call at 210-934-0634 today!

  • What is the life expectancy of my unit?
Dependable Trane products are among the longest lasting heating and cooling products available. For your specific equipment, there are many variables that affect life expectancy, including, of course, the regularity of routine maintenance.
  • What does my warranty cover?
Under the standard factory warranty, Trane covers parts that fail during the warranty period due to defect in the part. The warranty does not cover labor. A warranty certificate was included with your homeowner information packet, and is specific to the model numbers, serial numbers and installation dates of your products. All Trane equipment that we install is registered with Trane Corporation to ensure your 10 year parts warranty. If you cannot find your warranty certificate, Climate Control Heating & Air will also be able to provide you with that information. With a Climate Control Heating & Air Total Comfort Plan, you'll have a ten year parts and labor warranty on your Trane equipment.
  • Which Trane equipment will best fit my home?
There are many factors that affect the sizing and specifications of your system, including square footage, insulation, window surface and configuration, geographic location of your home, duct sizing and arrangement, and many others. Climate Control Heating & Air can perform an in-home load analysis to determine which equipment combinations will perfectly suit your home and your family's needs. Depending upon the construction of your home, one (1) ton of air conditioning can cool anywhere from 300 to 800 square feet of home. The only way to ensure the size of the system you purchase will be large enough to heat or cool your home, but not any larger than you need, is to have your home's individual heating and cooling needs evaluated by a licensed professional.
  • Where can I get parts for my Trane equipment?
As a Trane dealer, Climate Control Heating & Air is the best resource for identifying and supplying the correct, current parts for your system, as well as pricing and availability.
