It is Saturday, and last night we had a recurring problem in the condensate line that was causing water back up in the drain pan of one of our AC units. We called this morning first thing, and within 2 hours Dean had arrived. Dean was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the problem no one else had been able to do this far with two other visits. It appears that he may have solved our problem. Time will tell. My AC was not cooling and the inside unit was freezing up. I called the office to set an appointment with Terry, who I must add was so nice, professional, and quite patient with all of my questions. I called that morning, and she got me in the same day! My technician was Carlos, and he was so awesome to work with. I couldn't be there due to having to work, but he made sure to keep me informed about what was going on with my unit. He went over all of my options and was also very responsive to all of my questions. It was an overall great experience. I am a former customer of Cool Concepts for many years, and I am very pleased with Climate Control too. This was my first time using Climate Control, and I am very happy with the entire process.
