Called them on Labor Day weekend after hours because I had an A/C unit that wasn’t cooling. They had someone at my house within 2 hours, and rather than suggesting expensive repairs, told me the problem was as simple as a clogged drain line that had triggered an automatic kill switch in the unit. They charged a VERY reasonable after-hours service call and only $78 to blow out the line. My unit was up and running again in an hour.

Very professional, great price, and honest technicians. The entire process was very simple and transparent. When my AC went out (mid August), they sent a tech out the same day. They found the problem in the air handler upstairs, gave a price to fix it, a price to replace the handler, and a price to replace the aging system. They were never pushy, answered every question I had, and had the whole new system installed less than 24 hours later.
