Called them on Labor Day weekend after hours because I had an A/C unit that wasn’t cooling. They had someone at my house within 2 hours, and rather than suggesting expensive repairs, told me the problem was as simple as a clogged drain line that had triggered an automatic kill switch in the unit. They charged a VERY reasonable after-hours service call and only $78 to blow out the line. My unit was up and running again in an hour.

They found the problem in the air handler upstairs, gave a price to fix it, a price to replace the handler, and a price to replace the aging system. They were never pushy, answered every question I had, and had the whole new system installed less than 24 hours later.
