Last Saturday about noon I noticed the one side of our house felt cooler, no heat. Called Climate Control, the answering service answered. The girl was very nice and knowledgeable. Told me a fellow would call back about my problem, which he did. Told me when he would arrive. He was on time and knew what my problem was. He was very helpful and had my heating system up and running. We have used Climate Control for about 15 years. They put my heating and A/C in then. They are very reliable and knowledgeable.
