I live in an upstairs unit, and my neighbor below had a question—one of the techs took the time to go downstairs and address the question without hesitation, despite being very involved in his task. There was no mess, no noise, no concerns of any kind. A portion of privacy fencing had to be removed to complete the installation outside—this was done, and the fencing replaced (better than it was before).
