The technicians at Climate Control were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They completed the installation of a 4-ton unit, both the outdoor heat pump and the system, which is in the attic, in one day. They took their time and were extremely efficient. When the installation was complete, they took their time to explain the new control pad and assisted us with linking our phones to the controller. The next day, Climate Control sent another technician to inspect the work. I recommend this company to anyone looking for either a new system or air conditioner repair.

Technician checked the condensing unit and determined it was not the problem. Then checked the air handler in the attic and discovered that it was not installed properly. It was not leveled and the condensate could not drain properly. He adjusted the supports and corrected the problem. Very pleased with his work.
